Returns

Returns
We currently do not offer returns for non-damaged goods. Please ensure that you select the right size and color for your order. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact us at returns@greenwoodave.com with details of your order to arrange a return.

Please note, this only applies if the order is incorrect or if items have been damaged in transit. Return/refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order. You are responsible for the costs of returning an order. We endeavor to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are only approved for items that were defective or damaged upon receipt. These items will be replaced by items of equal value or refunded, pending inventory availability.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
Please note that refund processing takes 2-10 business days. In the event that a refund was not received in this allotted time; it is recommended that you first review your bank account then contact your bank, as there may be a period of time required for the formal posting of refund transactions. If you have completed these actions and your refund remains outstanding, kindly contact our customer support team at: support@greenwoodave.com

Sale and Promo Items (If Applicable)
The refund policy only applies to regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for a refund. Promo code purchases may be returned, but only for the discounted price indicated on the receipt.

Shipping

DOMESTIC :
All Domestic orders are shipped via chose option at checkout. We expect 3-10 business days for orders to be received within the US.

INTERNATIONAL :
All International shipping costs will be provided on checkout based on size of order and location. International customers may incur additional charges upon delivery for VAT and Duty, Savant Studios cannot be responsible for individual countries terms for receiving orders. Orders are shipped USPS unless express shipping is requested and paid for at check out.

DELIVERY

Once an order has been processed, we strive to ship items out within 48-72 hours of processing. However, due to national shipping delays with carriers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

ONLINE CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Cancelling or modifying your order is possible if your order has not already shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team to advise of this cancellation or modification ASAP. Additionally, if any changes need to be made to your order, please contact us within 24 hours; otherwise, your order may have been processed, and no changes can be made.

Our Customer Service team will advise of an update on your request within 24 hours after receiving it.

We do our best to process all orders within 5 days of receiving the order. If for some reason the order is not able to be processed within the 5 days, our Customer Service team will reach out. We have 10 days to process before you have the right to cancel your order.

If we fail to ship within the estimated delivery time, and you have not agreed to a new period for delivery, you may cancel your order, with full payment refunded. For further information, please contact our Customer Service team.

COMMUNICATION
On submission of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all details. This email will act as an invoice and will include your order number. Once Savant Studios processes your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information included.
