Once an order has been processed, we strive to ship items out within 48-72hrs days of processing. However, due to national shipping delays with carriers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.


Cancelling or modifying your order is possible if your order has not already shipped, please contact our Customer Service team to advise of this cancellation or modification ASAP. Additionally if any changes are needing to be made to your order, please contact within 24 hours otherwise your order may have been processed and no changes can be made. 

Our Customer Service team will advise of an update of your requested within 24 hours after receiving it.

We do our best to process all orders within 5 days of receiving the order. If for some reason the order is not able to be processed within the 5 days, our Customer Service team will reach out. We have 10 days to process before you have the right to cancel your order. 

If we fail to ship within the estimated delivery time, and you have not agreed to a new period for delivery, you may cancel your order, with full payment refunded. For further information please contact our Customer Service team.


On submission of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with all details this email will act as an invoice and will include your order number. Once Savant Studios processed your order you will receive an email with your tracking information included within.
